Venus Transit from 8th June 2004 and Mercury Transit from 7th May 2003. Both of the below images have been pasted together to give a sense of scale of these planets from our viewpoint here on Earth.

Mercury Transit of the Sun, 7th May 2003. Taken with an ETX70 and Nikon Coolpix 4300. Mercury is the small black disk at the two o'clock position on the Sun's disk

Venus Transit of the Sun, 8th June 2004. Taken with Orion 80ED and Canon 10D attached prime focus. ISO100, 1/3 second exposure, RAW file conversion and processing in C1LE.  Unfortunately, this was the only image I managed to get from this historical event due to heavy cloud cover.
